Yes, so we decide to visit Srilanka for our honeymoon. We met Rachita at airport for the first time after so many discussions on mail and WhatsApp. Rachi has he fondly called had given us a exceptional welcome. We had booked our tour for Kandy, Bentota and Colombo for 5 days. Rachi was more of a friend and we'll wisher than a regular tour operator guide. He had an amazing experience travelling with Rachi. You will be starting your tour from your hotel in colombo at 7:00 am, when you get picked up. You will then be travelling to Sigiriya, the Lion Rock. It will take up to two and a half hours to travel, so you will get there by 10:00 amSigiriya Rock Fortress that dominates the Sigiriya area was the capital of the King Kasyapa who ruled in the 5th century AD. The rock was once shaped into the shape of a lion, hence gaining its name. You will complete your tour portion in Sigiriya at 12:00pm. From there you will have lunch at a restaurant of your choice. You will then travel to Dambulla. The travel time is around 40 minutes. You will reach there by approximately 2:00pm. The Dambulla Cave Temple is believed to be created by King Valagambahu in the 1st century BC, after he was able to find refuge in the old monastery that was then active in the site. The temple is spread over five caves of different sizes.. The Dambulla Rock Temple a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We visited Srilanka in the month of December 2019. At the airport we were greeted by Mr. Upala who was going to be with us for the entire trip. Mr. Upala is a professional, friendly and safe driver. He had descent knowledge of the places we visited. He helped us in arranging our excursions, in shopping etc. I thank him for making our trip safe and memorable.

Thanks to Leisure World Tours' chauffeur/tour guide Lal, my family and I had an unforgettable 11 day trip to Anuradhapura, Jaffna, Trinco, and Arugam Bay. It was a pleasure from the moment he picked us up until the moment he dropped us back home. When there was a problem or a moment of stress, he helped us sort it out immediately, and kindly helped me out. His main concern was that we have no stress and enjoy the trip. We saw so many beautiful, historical and special sites and buildings, and learned so much about Sri Lanka from our guide, it made me learn to appreciate the country all over again.

This was an absolutely exciting excursion we tried in Dambulla in 2017. We were safely taken care of until we landed and were treated with a lovely round of champagne. The ride was totally fun, you could get a really spectacular view of the area to a very large extent. It was really fun to move through the mist and wind. The safety measure were high and the team was well experienced. A team would follow the balloon throughout on a jeep and arrive at the destination to help with the landing.

This is more of a response to the Covid-19 event and the lack of being able to contact this company and to receive a refund for a prepaid custom tour. We booked and paid for our tour in February 2020. When our cruise was cancelled because of Covid-19 we requested a refund in May 2020. We received no response to this request. The next time we received an email from them was to rate the tour that we would have taken in October 2020. In trying to contact them now we receive a bounce back to the emails that we send them. Covid-19 did not shut down the internet so contact should have been made to let us know the situation of their business.
