This Atomic themed shop rescues and restores vintage record players from the 1940's through the 1980's. Located within the 8th Avenue Antique Mall, the shop owner is usually there. Eager to demo the colorful and stylish players, Atomic Art and Sound is a must see shop for vinyl collectors audio enthusiast.

Gas Lamp Too is the sister store to Gaslamp Antiques which is only 1/3 mile away. The combined square footage between the two malls is 50,000 square feet. There were a few cluttered booths but we just passed right past them because it's not worth tripping or knocking something over. And if the booth owners don't care enough to keep the booth well organized then I don't care enough to see what they have. The main aisles, however, were wide and clear and the place had a good flow. The people working inside were very nice and friendly and willing to help. You can find art, repurposed items, collectibles, toys, lighting, furniture, vintage clothes, porcelain, textiles, china, ceramic, a chair and side table made out of drums (very unique), kitchenware, old signs, mid-century items, pottery and so much more. Definitely worth checking out.

I went to 8th Avenue Antique Mall and was blown away with everything that was available in there. There was little to no junk and everything was in great condition. The owner was super nice and helpful as well as the vendors. Unfortunately, I visited from out of town so I did not get any of the larger items that I loved because I did not have the time to figure out shipping. The store did not ship items out, however the employee was helpful about giving shipping suggestions.
