We had a fantastic friends trip. Everything went smoothly and the service was fantastic. One of the best moments of service we received was from Gene. He was fast with our requests and had all the jokes :) We’ll be back for sure.

The bathoom was not cleaned properly. There were hairs in the tub, toothpaste that wasn't mine on the sink, no trash can liner either. The floor was not vacuumed, and there was garbage on the floor from someone else meal....Just was not what I was expecting to experience based on what was paid for the room and parking.

Our first visit to Orlando and the Hyatt regency grand cypress. First impressions were good, the hotel is huge and it’s quite an impressive foyer/building when you arrive. Check-in was speedy and friendly. The room was nice, good bathroom and well furnished, though there was a small issue that there was not enough storage for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children), we coped but it was a pain. The breakfast was awesome and the pool area was fabulous, the kids loved it. There are lots of activities that you can do that are all included too, pitch and putt, climbing wall and kayaks… oh and bikes! The service round the pool was excellent and although the drinks were expensive, they were good, as was the food at the pool bar. Location wise… it is great for all the parks… Disney and universal were close and there were loads of fantastic restaurants nearby too. Ubers were really easy and great value. The staff at the hotel were really friendly as was pretty much everyone we met in the US.

A Fort Lauderdale beachfront resort that is decidedly, and purposefully, different. Understated, not loud. Gracious, not pretentious. Deferential, not presumptuous. In short, a sophisticated retreat where you can appreciate the enduring traditions of genuine hospitality. With its spectacular 500 foot private beach and secluded location emcompassing 10 acres in the exclusive Harbor Beach neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club invites you to discover one of the best vacation resorts to stay in the world.
We only spent two nights here before heading North, but our stay was very nice. It's an older but very elegant hotel. Very well cleaned and maintained. Unfortunately we had a loud neighbor the first night, but Jerry at the front desk (who is amazing!) quickly relocated us to a different room that was significantly better. The pool was the highlight here, especially for our five year old. Beautiful beach and ocean views, but we prefer swimming in the pool. We wish we had more time here and will definitely stay again if in Fort Lauderdale. See Jerry at the front desk, he will take care of you, he's the best!!!

Our waiter Daniel was a wonderful server. We’ve ate at rum runners a lot this week and the food has been amazing. He is a hard worker and stays busy. Even when it started raining he was there to take care of us.

I cannot stop talking about this place! It was a family vacation 2 adults and 3 small children. Ages ranges from 6 to 5 months. We booked the deluxe suite and it was amazing? plenty of room for all 5 of us. Service was great in the hotel, pool area, all the restaurants, and the beach area. Honestly cannot complain about one thing. We stayed the whole weekend there. Room was cleaned every day. So many activities for everyone. We rented the jet skis. It was just an amazing getaway from reality.

Tucked in Historic Old Town on Key West’s serene Atlantic Coast lies an oasis in the middle of the party. A short walk from the eclectic shops, famed nightlife, and signature architecture of Duval Street, the Southernmost Beach Resort offers an island retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Where tradition meets modern luxury, you’ll find lush garden pathways, endless sea views, sandy beaches, and us—on this quaint stretch of America’s Southernmost point.
We recently stayed here and paid a premium for a "partial ocean view balcony two queen" room. They were correct - it was only a partial view of the ocean. Basically the balcony faced the other building with the ocean at one end and a parking lot at the other. There is no privacy between the balconies, so you are right next to your neighbor with no partition and only a banister between balconies. The chickens are loud. Most of the time all pool lounge chairs were taken. They did have good parking and the black-out shades were great. We also like the Wolfgang Puck Coffee. I just believe that when I'm spending almost $1k per night, I should see more of the ocean and have a bit of privacy. We will not be staying here again.

They charge many fees that you can think. Also employees were not nice. They charge me $230 more and when I tried to call them and ask in the check out they didn't handle anything I had to dispute with my bank. Also they stole 2 towels that I brought
