Playa La Caleta – 15 minutes sailing Playa La Caleta is a very small beach, located in the fishing village, filled with the best restaurants in Costa Adeje. Spaghetti-Beach - Playa de Diego Hernandez – 20 minutes sailing The beautiful sandy beach has this name because it is told that in the beginnings of the dropouts time one of the inhabitants provided the visitors of the beach with selfmade spaghetti. 5. Playa El Puertito – 30 minutes sailing Playa el Puertito is a small and rustic natural beach. The beach Playa el Puertito is covered with grey and black volcanic sand. The bay is embedded in a rocky landscape. This beach is known as a turtle bay (snorkeling spot!!) it is also perfect for a fishing and swimming. Places to go: (to your left) 1. Playa de Troya – 5 minutes sailing The main beach in Playa de las Americas is Playa de Troya. There is no lava sand here, but fine-grained, golden sand with large areas with sun loungues and sunshades. The water is partially protected in the artificial bay, and high waves are very rare. A wonderful sand beach surrounded by palm trees, is also a perfect spot to watch the night life from the other side - the famous Papagayo! 2. Playa de Las Americas – 15 minutes sailing Playa de Las Americas is a busy resort on the south coast of Tenerife with a reputation for being the place to party on the island. Revellers flock to this energetic town to enjoy the vibrant nightlife and fun-filled celebrations. Besides all the merry-making, this hotspot boasts several stretches of long golden sandy beaches that draw in the crowds looking for a day of sunshine and relaxation. An ideal spot for surfers! 3. Playa de Las Vistas – 25 minutes sailing Las Vistas is shaped as a half-circle and is almost one kilometer long. The nice beach has fine-grained,ok bright sand, which is imported from the desert of Sahara. The relatively shallow water is well protected, partly due to its location to the south and partly due to the breakwaters down the sides of the beach. 4. Playa de Los Cristianos – 30 minutes sailing Los Cristianos is a great resort to visit if you are looking for fine beaches and tranquil turquoise waters on the sunny south coast of Tenerife.
